Cleaner Terminology

We've standardized on appointment terminology throughout the platform for a more professional experience.

What Changed

Dashboard Navigation - Bookings is now Appointments throughout the dashboard
Notifications - Notification messages now use appointment consistently
Emails - Confirmation and reminder emails now use cleaner terminology
URLs - Dashboard URLs now use `/appointments` instead of `/bookings`

This is purely a terminology update. Your data and settings stay exactly the same.
